how are you Joanne, where are you from? so far in my quest to come off my medi after 4 years, every thing now going to a plan! now 1/2 tab of serxt every two days and sticking with it, no going back also loads and loads of h2o. when the munches kick in or feeling muddled head the water course seems to for whatever reason bridge that gap and take out the fuzzines in the old brain box. to concentrate on the `positive `elements in life and `rub `out the doubts or `demons ` that try to take over your life is very very difficult but not imposible. keep going lass you can do it - always around if you need me .
