Simon, Thanks for your advice, last night was a bad night virtually crippled by flu like symptoms and was very tearful!. Don't know if have done the right thing have increased to 7ml from 5.Is there any way to reduce these withdrawal symptoms? Just need some support and do not seem to have any at home!.
