Noticed that the start routine has been altered since my first foray on effexor last sept. Then, I went straight onto 75mg and had flu symptoms, headaches, shakes for about 2 weeks. This time 37.5 once a day for a week then the dose is 37.5 twice a day. And apart from the shakes and a little nausea, I've been ok. I have to say, my wife is extatic about my current mood/behavior, so these tablets do have benifits, and always remember that when reading the dificulties of withdrawal.
