I am withdrawing from Effexor at present. I have taken it for more than 3 years. I feel so tired to take the pills everyday...I must remember to bring along this "important" drugs for me in travelling and business trip. Sometimes I had missing a dosage and I felt dizzies, losing equlibrium, nauesa.... I had a few attempts before to cut off from the drug but it ended up in failures. Everytime when I cut off from the drug I had the side effects mentioned above. This time I try to cut off the drugs gradually...from 75mg to 37.5mg, after tolerate the effects later, now I'm taking 18.75mg (a quarter of the 75mg tablet). However I felt tiredness, upset, lost of patient to others, anxious, etc...I try to tolerate these side-effects at present and hope I can overcome the problem and leave the drug successfully.
