Jane, I have had the same problems with both Seroxat and Effexor, although the latter is the better of the two. I don't find that I am impotent as such; just that there is a general lack of inclination. When it does happen, it's OK. I too had trouble with orgasm; every woman's dream, eh? I also suffered intense pain in my head when I did get there.
