Hello Holly,the feelings you are experiencing are normal,mine lasted for about 2 weeks but i came off 225mgrs down to 37.5 over a period of 5 months,i do feel normal now but i still get the fatigue and ive still got a blocked nose,if it dosent clear up then i will go to the docs as i think ive got an infection,everyone is differnat but after reading this site i think that everyone has had more or less the same symptons which have made me feel that i wasnt dying,im to working and i dont know how i made it in some days as im doing three shifts but i have and i think that it helped me get through the withdrawals as no one at work knows about me,good luck and ride the waves it does get better, best wishes mandy
