I was put on sertraline 50mg once a day too. im still on it but my doesage is being upped to 100mg because the same as you at first i was fine, but then i dropped low again. Personally i dont think sertraline is any good for me because once my body gets used to a dosage it has no effect so i have to go to a higher dosage, maybe you should talk to your doctor about putting you on something different.
