Well done with the withdrawal so far. After reading some of the posts on this site and the awful withdrawal effects I think you are doing really well. I only managed the tablets for 6 days and then gave up, couldn't stand the side effects getting on them. Now I'm glad because even if those side effects had passed I would have had to go through with the withdrawal eventually. Just trying to manage the anxiety as it comes day by day and taking each day at a time. How long were you on them and did they help whilst you were taking them? Keep up the good work and let me know how you get on and good luck to anybody else trying to come off them.
