Thanks so much for the encouragement. You are really very sweet. I am from Illinois, USA. This mental barrier SUCKS, as I am sure you well know. I am having more glimmers of hope and I am trying to hold on to those moments. Yesterday I spent the day in the yard getting the pool going and doing some good physical work and that seemed to make a big difference. I will take your advice and up the h2o.....have a wonderful time in Spain....I wish I was going!!! Suzy
