I read the symptoms your having on effexor and I think If you were having "Seritonin Syndrome" you would of experienced it within the first month of treatment with effexor XR. I have been on Effexor ER 150mg for just over a month and I feel like I finally found a drug that works. I dont feel like I'm on a rollercoaster anymore. I feel happy everyday. When I was on Zoloft I felt Spacey. I felt dizzy like my equal librium was off or something. Like a FLOATY feeling. I had crying spells alot and feared death also. But since I started this Effexor ER 150mg I feel good. Kim
