Any of you anxiety sufferers have shortness of breath. I've had anxiety for 10 years but only recently started feeling a bit short of breath, doc has checked my heart and lungs and they are OK, she says it's my anxiety. I don't smoke. Not on any medication at present either as can't tolerate anti-d. Feel permanently like I am a bit breathless even when I'm not doing anything energetic, anybody else like this?
