Dear ProfessorWoods,

I am enclosing a copy of a complaint about the MHRA that is shortly to posted to the Social Audit website and circulated elsewhere.

In other circumstances, I would have given you advance notice of this. That did not seem appropriate on this occasion because there is some urgency to this, because the Agency’s position seems entrenched and is already clear, and because of countless and inordinate past delays.

Having said that, I am circulating this complaint for review before taking it further. I would therefore welcome and consider carefully any comments the Agency might have.
